An action packed weekend sees Jenkins take the Runner Up title in the 2008 Delphi British Truck Racing Championship.

Truck racing driver, garage proprietor and engineer, with an interest in motorsport in general. Race History: Dave has had lots of race experience starting with 125 Karts 1992/1993, Grand Prix Midgets in 1997. His truck racing started in 1998.
Dave came second in Class A of the British Championship 2005 when a collision in the final race of the season at Brands Hatch robbed him of the title by only one point. Dave and his team are looking forward to some good racing this year.
The Jenkins Motorsport team is very much a family one and this is the spirit in which all the team members work (and play) together.
During the winter, the lads spend many evenings and weekends in the garage, stripping the truck down, testing new parts and repairing others, as well as fitting and painting new body panels. Once the racing season is underway, it’s a constant cycle of adjustment, repair and replacement, both in the paddock between races and back home, between meetings.
This all requires hard work, long hours and dedication as well as the strong desire to see the Sisu cross the finishing line first!
